š Trusting the Process

Mindfulness isnāt about controlāitās about trust.
When you begin practicing mindfulness, itās natural to wonder: Am I doing this right? Is this even working? The mind craves proof, outcomes, guarantees. But mindfulness works on a quieter wavelength. It changes you slowly, like water smoothing stoneānot with force, but with presence.
Thatās why trust is one of the most important foundations of this practice. Not just trust in the technique, but trust in yourself. In your body. In the moment.
Trust doesnāt mean believing everything will go perfectly. It means believing that you can stay with yourselfāeven when things donāt.
The journey isnāt linear. Some days your breath feels calm and clear. Other days it wanders and fights you at every turn. But just like a seed knows how to sprout, your mind knows how to come homeāif you give it space.
So keep showing up.
Trust the pauses.
Trust the stumbles.
Trust that something is shifting, even if you canāt see it yet.
Mindfulness teaches us to stop pushing and start listening. And trust is what lets us hear the quiet voice inside that says:
This moment is enough. So are you.
